The villa is fully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, Lounge, Dining area and 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.
The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect to find, an amercian fridge freezer plus seperate wine fridge, Induction & Gas Hob, Coffee Machines and a table and 8 chairs. Leading off of the kitchen there is a further dining area with a table and 8 chairs too
The Lounge has 4 large sofas, Flat screen TV, DVD Player, Games, Books and DVD's and patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.
There are 4 bedrooms 3 on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The Master on the ground floor has a King size bed, Fitted wardrobes, A/C & Ceiling Fan and patio doors leading out onto the garden. There is also an en-suite shower room with shower, wc, bidet, sink and heated towel rail
Also on the ground floor there are 2 more further bedrooms both with twin beds. and patio doors leading out onto a terrace. Both the bedrooms which share the main bathroom comprising of a Bath with shower, WC, Bidet, Sink and heated towel rail

The grounds of the Villa are vast and very private. Here you will find many terraces to wine and dine with seating areas for 8 people or a soft sofa area.
