There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 with Double Beds and 1 with Twin Beds. In the Master bedroom there is a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an En-Suite Shower Room. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto a balcony with stunning sea views and table and chairs. The twin room also shares this balcony and also has amazing views
The Main Bathroom comprises of a Bath with Shower, WC & Sink
The living area has been recently renovated to a contemporary open plan layout where the sea view flows through the whole house and provides a wonderful feel of being on top of the sea. The kitchen is brand new and is a chef's dream, with new quality appliances.
The Lounge has 2 large Sofas and Flat screen TV.
At the rear of the Villa there is a covered terrace with Patio doors and a large table and 6 chairs to chill in the evenings plus 2 Sun Loungers
The absolute beauty of this villa is the amazing views across the ocean.
The main pool terrace has a small pool 4m x 3m . There are 4 sun loungers, Bench and Parasol and a small BBQ
The town of Praia da Luz is only a 5 minute walk or a 10 minute walk to the stunning beach and promenade,
The historical town of Lagos is a 15 minute drive where you will find many shops, restaurants , bars and a beautiful marina.
